At Jacket Authority, we take pride in offering custom, made-to-order clothing. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer upon order, we maintain a strict no refund, no return policy. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds & No Returns

  • All sales are final. Since we do not keep stock and manufacture each item based on customer orders, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.
  • We strongly encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting a purchase

2. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all design specifications, sizes, colors, and other details are correct before placing an order.
  • Once an order is confirmed and enters production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
  • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  • If the claim is verified, we will replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost.
  • Minor differences in color, measurements, or texture due to material variations, screen display differences, or manual production processes are not considered defects.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for mistakes in artwork, sizes, or colors submitted by the customer.
  • Minor Variations: Due to the custom nature of our products, slight differences in stitching, measurements, and colors may occur and are not eligible for replacement.
  • Wear & Tear: Damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling by the customer is not covered.
  • Delayed Delivery: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Color Differences: Colors may appear different on screens due to variations in device settings, brightness, and resolution. These differences are not considered defects.

5. Contact & Claim Submission
