1. Company Overview

Jacket Authority is a made-to-order clothing brand that specializes in custom jackets and apparel. We do not keep stock; every item is produced upon receiving an order. Due to this business model, all sales are final, and returns or refunds are not offered.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be paid in full and in advance before production begins.
• We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other approved methods.
• Once payment is received, the order is confirmed and enters production. No modifications or cancellations can be made after this point.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

• Each item is made to order, and production timelines vary depending on product type and complexity.
• Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Jacket Authority is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide using reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Jacket Authority is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

5. No Refunds or Returns Policy

• Due to our made-to-order production model, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• We only provide replacements in cases where the product arrives defective or incorrect due to our manufacturing error.
• Any defect or issue must be reported within seven (7) days of receiving the item, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Content

• All content on the Jacket Authority website, including but not limited to images, videos, text, and product descriptions, is the sole property of Jacket Authority.
• Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, or using any content from the website for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
• Unauthorized use of Jacket Authority’s intellectual property is a violation of U.S. Copyright Law (17 U.S.C. § 501) and may result in legal action.

7. Customer Artwork & Legal Responsibility

• Jacket Authority offers customization services where customers provide artwork, logos, or names for production.
• We do not verify the legal status of customer-submitted designs. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use any artwork, logo, trademark, or name submitted.
• Jacket Authority assumes no liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement claims related to customer-submitted content.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold Jacket Authority harmless from any legal consequences arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of artwork.
• If a dispute arises regarding the ownership of submitted designs, Jacket Authority may halt production until the matter is resolved.

8. Product Disclaimer

• Made-to-Order Variations: Each item is crafted individually, and slight variations in stitching, measurements, and alignment may occur.
• Material & Color Differences: Due to differences in materials and manufacturing processes, final products may not always match digital mockups exactly.
• Color Accuracy: Colors may appear differently on different screens due to variations in device settings, brightness, and resolution. Dye batches may also result in slight color differences in the final product.
• Measurement Tolerance: Due to manual production processes, slight measurement discrepancies within an industry-accepted tolerance range may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Jacket Authority is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

10. Privacy & Data Security

• Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment.

11. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting
